    Hi,

I just bought my 6920g, but when I press that e button in the top right hand side of the laptop, nothing happens!

Is there a driver or something for this? IS it meant to work straight out of the box?

Thanks so much for your help!

    Launch manager+esoftware is needed.

Although yeah, it should work "out of the box"..

Ahh that;s a shame, I DO have launch manager and it's set to empowering technology, I guess it's just broken then?

It just might need a reinstallation of the launch manager or something. It's not a big deal IMO so I'd leave it like this, I wouldn't bother reinstall for the stupid green E button to work.....

If you have just purchased this and you can take it back then do it. It should work out of the box and you should not need to repair a new notebook. Demand a replacement from the retailer if you can as a repair will take time, and might result in damage, or worse, which is something you do not want. Any fault in a new notebook should not be ignored as it may be a portent of worse things to come. Clearly this is my opinion but it is the route I would take, computers can be flaky enough at the best of times but I would not accept an original fault
