    hi guys, i have 5 x acer travelmate 350series laptops im trying to get running. i have got a local computer place to get me the harddrive adaptor i need but they didnt say what the adaptor was called. they charged me 17pounds so i wont be getting the other 4 from them. can someone tell me what the adaptor is

    it goes from laptop IDE to this (see picture attached)

    any ideas ? thanks

    Thats an interesting adapter .
    Never had see one like it .

    I am starting to believe that this is an ACER special part ,
    thats why you got the high price , I am not saying that its fair .

    eBAY are what comes in mind , as solution to find similar parts ,
    but you do need to know how its called .

    Well I will advice you , to do a blind hunting about " Laptop IDE adapter "
    ( and mark the worldwide option too )
