Hello I have acer aspire 6920, not 6920G with the T5750 processor. I have the legendary throttling problem. I had read some topics but I can't understand exactly how to fix it. Please post a response!

throttling while playing you say? i understand you have intel integrated graphics and games would be lagging. but to see if its true download rmclock... and play something while you have it opened on the monitoring window if you see that core throttle and clock are not running at its fullest then you need to undervolt.

There is already a throttling thread in the Acer section that shows you how to setup ThrottleStop to take care of this issue.

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/ace...r-aspire-gemstone-blue-throttling-issues.html

ThrottleStop has changed a lot since then but there should be enough info for you to get it setup. You can also use ThrottleStop to under volt.

If your laptop used to work fine and now it doesn't, it probably needs a thorough cleaning. Pull it apart and fix the cause of the problem you are having.
