    Im wondering if anyone can shed some light on this... they recently announced a new Aspire model 14''

    Acer Aspire 4755G Laptop with Intel Sandy Bridge Processor

    I would like something similar to this , wil lthis come out to UK ? if no..which country can i get this from with a UK /US QWERTY keyboard ?

    If you,friends or relatives visit Malaysia or Singapore can get these models, within the UK tax allowance limit as well(I think £489 personal allowance ATM).

    Thanks for reply. I really hope they release this model in UK. Truly tired of UK being ignored, So many great 13'' or 14'' models are never released here. If i do import, will this keyboard be UK QWERTY ? and what of the warranty ? lastly you say someone can send it to me , how do i get in touch with such a person?

    I have attached a picture of the model and I'm sure it has QWERTY keyboard.
    I don't know about the warranty,I assume that if you register with Acer UK after the purchase they should honour but make an inquiry with them(it won't be easy).
    If you go to the "Contact us" tab on the links in my previous post and request information regarding importing and the cost involved.
