I just wanted a clear definition of the problem im having. Im not sure if its stuck pixels or dead pixels or even repairable and having nothing to do with pixels.

There is a fine thin line running vertically in the middle of ma screen. This line appears on top of everything. Its not stuck but running. Im guessing its causing an optical illusion because you can visualise it running downwards at one point and even change your visualisation to see it running upwards. It appears green on a white background and pink on blue or black.

What is it? how was it caused? and whats the best way to solve it?
