    Pretty sure that's what my son has in his 4820TG, but his has the 1066 version. I've got OCZ in mine, pn OCZ3M13334G and both work a charm.

    So we can upgrade the memory from 1066 to 1333? I thought it just downclocks 1333 to 1066?

    It does downclock because 1066MHz is max of what chipset supports.
