    Thinkpad 3000 (12" subnotebook) dont boot any more. please help

    Hello, i have here an Acer Travelmate 3000 with 1,73ghz,512mb and so on.
    When i press the power-button, the power-led start and i hear the hdd starting and hear the cpu-fan that run once to max and stop then. The HDD also stops after nearly 1,5seconds after power on. I dont get anything on the screen. The notebook runs and runs. When i let it running, after some time the cpu fan starts again.
    Please help. I have no idea where theproblem could be.
    I have build everything out now and have only the mainboard with cpu-fan, cpu and ram. when i turn it on, i also dont get a picture on the internal screen and also not on external screens.

    Have someone an idea what i could try?
