    I was looking for a powerful state-of-the-art laptop and the Aspire 5935G looks like a very good deal: it packs a nVidia GT130M with 1GB (DDR2), a Core2Duo P8600 2.4 and 4GB of DDR3.

But there's almost no word about it on the internet: no reviews, no user comments, nothing. It makes me feel uneasy about it; also, I'm worried about its weight and screen (1366x768 is gonna feel funny after years of using 1280x800).

Anyone here can throw some light about this particular model and his experience with it?

    Thanks a lot.

See if you can get an Aspire 5930G instead - you'll get the screen you're used to, and the GDDR3-equipped 9600M GT will run circles around the DDR2 GT 130M.
