    Hi Guys,

    I've just purchased a Timeline 3810TG. It's a lovely laptop but I've ran into a serious problem.

The touchpad is locked out aka stops working whenever I'm holding down a keyboard button. Does anyone know if this is a bug? Option? etc

It wouldn't be too bad if it was just fps I couldn't play without an extra mouse but any operation where I quickly use the mouse after the keyboard suffers from me having to wait for the lockout to be released.

    Many thanks for any help.
