    Hello,

I just bought an Acer M5 and noticed that the left front foot is probably problematic, as the device wiggles to the left when I perform a touchpad left click. I tried to press the feet in but it didn't really change anything.

Is this something to be expected? The whole device feels unbalanced every time I have to left click on something with the touchpad. Is there a remedy or should I just send it back?

Sounds like the one foot is shorter than the rest unless you are on a surface that is not flat. I'm sure they will send you a replacement foot if you contact them. Much cheaper than sending the whole laptop back.

I contacted them and they told me to send it in.. with a return date of 3 weeks. What the f? Stay without laptop for a month to replace a rubber foot?

Yikes! That's way too long for me too. Hope you can have them send the foot instead.

To update this, I actually fixed the problem completely by unscrewing all screws underneath (but the one under the sticker), and screwing them back in. Voila, problem solved. Device is now properly aligned.
