Hi, I am having quite the problem, the laptop does not acknowledge there is even a battery "No Battery is Detected". I have had the laptop for a year, have never done any extreme gaming just older games, video viewing and HDMI out use. Never had any battery issues and suddenly(overnight) the battery seems to be non-existent. Just to clarify this has nothing to do with holding charge, the battery according to the computer does not exist and the laptop does not work unless plugged in. I have tried pressing the battery reset button and other things Acer support suggested (which was literally nothing). They just want me to pay $200 and get it fixed by them...Please Help! Thanks ahead of time.
