    Hi folks,

I'm the proud new owner of a Acer TravelMate 8006LMi-SP2 - Pentium M 755 2 GHz laptop. I plan to write a review on it soon but one ting I can say for sure, the guyz at Techonweb really rock! They had one of the lowest prices on the web including the overnight delivery charge. They did everything as they promised, were curteous and answered all my questions. I had to actually hang up on one obnoxious salesperson, I won't name the company but it's intitals were Electrodiscounts out of New York, goes to show that cheaper is sometimes dearer...

Anyway my question concerns the smartcard that comes with it, has anyone had any experience with using te smartcard? Specifically does it allow you to not have to enter login IDs and passwords on web sites? What are the advantages of using it versus not using it?

Also I use lots of different machines and was expecting a big problem regarding the viewing angle on the screen, the folks who posted that it was a problem really overstated it. It's a notebook for christsakes, the screen is fine.... more later.
