    :D :) :hi2:

In a try to mode the TouchPad Synaptics drivers (i want two fingers scroll and two - three fingers actions) i make it...modded the newer drivers TouchPad Synaptics 15.0.17.0 for Acer 5920...(this is an old thread for TouchPad Synaptics drivers: http://forum.notebookreview.com/acer/218872-latest-synaptics-driver-modded-acer-mediatouch.html.

This is the multi language modded Drivers_TouchPad_Synaptics_15.0.17.0_W7_W8_x32x64.

Works fine (and tested) on ACER 5920G and maybe (i am sure) on other brands laptops with Synaptics Luxpad MultiMedia Touch Buttons.

Tested on Windows 8.1 64bit, but works (i am sure) on Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 (all windows x64 and x86).

    Added / Unlocked:
    - Acer Synaptics Luxpad settings,
    - Illumination settings for Acer Media Touch (red glow on record button for 5920G),
    - Actions settings for Acer Media Touch,
    - Sensitivity settings for Acer Media Touch.

    Installation:
    1. Uninstall all current Synaptics drivers (delete installation folders).
    2. Restart
    3. Install the modded driver.
    4. Select "Install this anyway" when asked
    5. Restart again
    6. Make sure that under Device Manager, Synaptics PS/2 Port Touchpad shows version "15.0.17.0"

On Windows Vista, 7 and 8 maybe must do this (windows test mode - no driver signing check) for installation:

Open an Elevated Command Prompt (admin) and typing the following commands, then rebooting:
    1st
    " bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS "
    ΕNTER
    2rd
" bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON "
    ΕNTER
    RESTART PC...
To turn back on, same as turning test mode off:
    1st
    " bcdedit -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS "
    ΕNTER
    2rd
" bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF "
    ΕNTER
    RESTART PC...

Ok, this is amazing! I can confirm these drivers for the Acer Touchpad and Media Touch Keys work for WINDOWS 8 PRO 64bit following (windows test mode) the steps that are mentioned in the previous post. dedalos91 you are the best! Cheers mate.

After the installation simply configure the media keys to the appropriate setting and voila!

Also works in WINAMP after enabling global hotkeys in preferences!

    Thanks to @dedalos91
