    Hello,
Touch-pad of my Laptop hangs suddenly. After restart, it works again. There are two Touch-pad driver available at Acer “Product support page” for my Laptop model. One is from Synaptics, another is from Elantech.

I am unable to find which is applicable for mine. Please help me.

My Laptop model: Acer Aspire E 14 (E5-475G-55C8)
    Thanks

Just follow to acer web site and enter the name of your model of laptop and check out what the drivers available for downloading. then follow to manufacturer web site and enter the name of the drivers you have memorized and download the latest version of it. it will able to work :)

You have to select Hardware IDS in Property in Details tab, you can also expand Human Interface devices and check whether Synaptics or Elantech is displayed, HID-compliant mouse uses either Synaptics or Elan drivers.
