I got my acer 1694 wlmi about 3 weeks ago , this week i found that i cannot seem to use the track pad at all.
I've tried installing the drivers from the acer site posted on the forums but i cannot seem to get it ot work .

Right now i'm using a generic usb wireless mouse. Would it be because of that mouse or ?

Im using a USB mouse with mine and I can still use the trackpad...at the same time even.

On mine (5021) there is an FN key where you can deactivate the tracpad, something like FN+F7. press that, see if it helps

Haha, you can also press Fn-F1 to see the whole list of things the Fn key can do :)
