    Trackpad issues on Travelmate 3000

    I know I have an old laptop.

    But, does anyone else have issues with the buttons on their track pad breaking off? This is my second palm rest, but on both of them the left mouse button breaks away from its housing and just kinda floats around. It is hard to accurately explain. The button doesn't come out completely.

    Just want to know if I should send this in one last time before my warranty expires, or just give up on it. It is still pretty much useable in its current fashion, but it isnt great.
