    Hi

I saw some interesting property of my laptop.
When it has battery power it slow by two times, it is not adjustable (i wrote about this in other posts).
There is another "unexpected thing"... When I play games, new games and they require full procesor and graphic card power (i play on ac adapter for full speed) laptop.... slow down 2 times too.
I is due to CPU or graphic card temperature. When I alt-tab to windows and turn off matrix... notebook goes to full speed.
This IS NOT only my laptop property. I think ALL TravelMates 2000 and ALL on the ATI RADEON 9000 IGP acers AND/OR celeron processor have the same "hidden fault".
It is no sense to slow down by two times when you "need power".
So.. When you consider buying of Acer on RADEON IGP 9000 you must know than he will NOT be a 2600 MHz processor, it will be work AS cel 1300 (2,6 GHz is shown ALWAYS, i make performance test on sisoft sandra). Slowing down is VISIBLE.

    ATI never again.
