    Hi!

I am having quite a problem on my TravelMate 4062WLMi. The keyboard and touchpad does not seem to work on Windows XP. I tried erasing the OS and did a fresh install but as soon as i reach the Windows set-up screen (the screen where it says: Collecting Information, Dynamic Update, Preparing Installtion, etc.) the keyboard and touchpad does not work anymore. Tried connecting a USB keyboard and mouse - it works!!!

But that does not solve the problem. I still need to fix the laptop keyboard and touchpad to work for travel.

The keyboard and touchpad DOES work on POST process and on other operating systems, Linux.

I am thinking this is not a hardware issue but something else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
