    what does DVD-Dual mean?

    Dual Layer, maybe?

    or that it supports DVD+-RW?

    thanks in advance!

hm... Nero InfoTool says that it can burn DualLayer + media, but not DualLayer -.

is there any chance that the tool is wrong?

The 4502LMI is listed as a dual drive and it DOES burn dual layer DVD's. I have already done a couple. It gives the same info in Nero tool as posted .
