    Hi,

I own a TravelMate 800 and I've been using the PlatinumPAS, PlatinumSECURE, PlatinumKey...etc. to secure my laptop. I have both the smart cards and I've set a password on my notebook as well. However, today when I was entering my BIOS password in the "ENTER PASSWORD" field, the notebook crashed on me. So I rebooted and the "ENTER PASSWORD" screen came up again. I entered my password as usual but this time the TravelMate says "SETUP WARNING" and "INVALID PASSWORD," and after three tries, the notebook goes into "SYSTEM DISABLED [00000]." I have no idea what went wrong, and I desperately need help on this issue.

    Thanks for all the replies.
