    Hi guys!

    Can I install 100 GB HDD (Hitachi 5K100) in my 803 LCi ??? Is is supported? Anybody tried drive bigger than 40 or 60 GB ?

    Because I found on Acer website that this model supports only 60 GB max. But it's hard to believe for me...

    That does seem odd. Perhaps you can purchase it somewhere it is easy to return if it does not work properly.

    I own one of these too. Acer support told me they only support drives up to 60 GB, however, that's what they "support". I have no idea what the BIOS supports, but I can't see a 100GB not working.
