After months and months of researching on notebookreview for a notebook, and then some more waiting for core2duo's release, I've finally got my hands on this!

    http://www.acer.com.sg/products/travelmate8210/psp_travelmate8210.asp

Going to do a full review. Any requests for information which I should have in it?

Just to whet your appetite a little, this notebook scored 4646 and 2057 on 3Dmark 05 and 06 respectively, on default drivers. =)

Very nice ... Can't wait to read the review ;) And I'd appreciate if you could say a few words about the build quality. This is the main issue I've had with my Acer.

    Cheers.

The quality of the screen - complaints about that were ubiquitous for the 8204/8205.

Anything and everything!! I've been looking for info on this laptop for weeks now but can't find any reviews anywhere! I found a review of the earlier 8204wlmi on computeractive.co.uk which gave it 5 out of 5 so I'm hoping the 8215 will be even better! I hope it's as good as it sounds

Sweet, but I would only buy a Apple notebook for that price. Or a high end sony.

You would be discontent with paying the price for a laptop which has every conceivable feature, but would be quite content to pay it for laptops which are slower and comparatively lacking in features, because of the logo on the lid?
