    Few of us having problems with keys not working suddenly and randomnly. 2 things to check: the driver available at the Acer site AND the keyboard connection. Full manual at Acer site. HOWEVER when disconnecting from the motherboard DO NOT remove the white clips holding the ribbon cable to it Slides up and down to release. If it comes off it is a pain to get back on and NO ONE has a replacement if you break it......
