    Travelmate 4200 Screen Problems

    SORRY.. IT SHOULD BE 4200.... NOT 2400 TRAVELMATE

    I wish to know if anyone knows if you can change the connector on the motherboard ( I think it is one the mother board ) which you plug the LCD cable into.
    Since the connector i plug it into on my Laptop has the pins broken so when I plug the connector in the screen does not light up properly.

    I know this must be the fault since I have change the inverter, screen and even the back cover. so I checked this and I noticed the pins broken and moved after I changed all these.
    Should of checked that first.!!!!!!

    if anyone can help it would be great
