    Hi folks,
I have a aspire 5630 repaired after motherboard death and a strange issue, my lcd displays a blue tint, conecting to a external lcd show normal image, i have tried another acer screen and i have the same thing, the lcd is working good in other laptop ( i have 5102 and 5630).

I think the problem is in the motherboard conection, or maybe a bad gpu bios?
    There is something to do?

Thanks guys and sorry for my bad english :p

I forgot to say it have nvidia7300 go gpu.

    Have you tried different drivers?
Does the blue tint appear in safe mode?

BTW I've changed the title to better reflect the contents of the post/thread.

Hi, sorry for the bad tittle, it appears from boot image.
When i connect external lcd it show normal image and blue tinted in the notebook lcd.
I have installed last bios and nothing changed.
Im sure is not a lcd failure because it works fine in 5102 laptop.

The first run of the new board, the screen showed good and after many reboots it turned to blue tint.

Check your LVDS cable. Likely there is a short between Vcc and the blue channel.
