This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Travelmate 8472T nothing appens after Ctrl+Alt+Del

    Hi to everybody,
    After a reboot, I press Ctrl+Alt+Del to display the Username & Password but sometimes they do not appear. Only the mouse arrow is visible but nothing appens. The system does not provide the login prompt. It is necessy to shoutdown the system pressing the button. The OS is windows 7. I've tried to update: bios, wireless and diplay drivers.
    Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
