Hi guys! I'm new to the forum. Anyway, would you believe I bought an Acer Aspire 7720-6536 from a lady for $100 bucks!!! Says it was her ex-husband's, and that it was broke -- not hardly! It has a slightly cracked LCD (that still works fine), and no Vista password.

So I figure I can either crack the OS password or reinstall Windows. Unfortunately, the BIOS is password protected so I cannot access the boot menu. I've read that the only was to reset the BIOS password is to either remove the CMOS battery or change the jumper settings on the motherboard. So I'm looking all over the Net for a disassembly guide for this model but no luck. Can anyone help me with this. I don't want to damage this baby.

    Thanks! I really appreciate it.
