    USB Bus failure after Win 7 install

    I have just installed Windows 7 on my Acer Aspire 3000 and although the system shows the drivers as being installed OK and up-to-date, none of the 3 USB ports work. I tried re-installing the drivers but it says installation has failed.
    Can anyone help?
