    Unable to Create Recovery Disc

    Hi friends.... i hav an acer 4820tg aptop running factory buncled win 7 home.....64 bit.....my problem is that.. i forgot to create recovery disc earlier now my laptop is infected is viruses of all sort... :).....can someone tell me if i burn recovery disc now is there ny chance that my recovery disc will getr infected too..plz help me out m really worried...also plz tell me if i can recover my lpatop with discs created from other laptops......

    The recovery discs are exact copies of a hidden recovery partition- so you're no t copying your now-infected Windows, you're making a copy of an (hopefully) untouched partition. It's unlikely that it got infected but it cannot be ruled out.
    As for your second question- I don't know- I got my assumptions but I'm gonna keep it myself since you don't really need guesswork.

    What about restoring the computer from the recovery partition directly?

    m not sure about this one.......is merely a recovery partition able to recover windows......i think we essentially need a recovery disc ....m not sure though....but u can help me on this one...plz tell me how to do this without recovery discs....???

    Recovery DVDs are an exact copy of recovery partition- the only difference is that recovery partition works faster ;)
    Press ALT+F10 at boot screen when you see Acer logo (prior to doing this make sire D2D recovery is enabled in BIOS)
