Hi everybody, i need help with my Travelmate (NOT ASPIRE) 5735z. I'm trying to disassembly it to change the thermal paste because the CPU temperature is extremely high (Goes up to 97°C on full charge  )

Btw, does anybody know this laptop? i wasn't able to find it even on Google
    Specs:
    Intel Pentium T4500 2.30 GHz
    Acer Ba51-mv motherboard
2 GB of DDR3 RAM (1x2GB) (Planning an upgrade to 4GB)
250 GB SataII Seagate Momentus Hard Drive (failed :( ,I'm planning to replace it with a 500GB Western Digital)
    Intel GMA945 (i think)
    Win 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

So, is this temperature normal? i am trying to unassembly it, but after I unscrew all the screws there's something keeping the laptop from opening, and I can't understand what it is. Might it be the keyboard cable?
    Thanks everyone ;)

    Ps: i'm sorry i'm a n00b :D

This service manual for the Aspire Series seems to be similar to your laptop design -- http://tim.id.au/laptops/acer/aspire 5735 5735z 5335.pdf

See if it provides any clues. Usually order of disassembly is battery, back cover (if any), anything accessible in back cover (eg, HDD, memory, WLAN, etc), Optical disk drive, back screws. Check if the keyboard has keyboard locks and if it comes out individually from the palmrest, sometimes they put screws underneath the keyboard.
