    I'm pretty sure the ATi 5650 is the best video card available for this model. It is soldered to the motherboard so it is not replaceable/upgradeable unlike older Acers with MXM slots. As for the CPU you may upgrade that as it isn't soldered. Just gotta make sure it's supported in the BIOS.

    Also you can't replace the motherboard with a different one since they are custom designed for a chassis so each model has a different one (with few exceptions).
    So all you can do is to upgrade CPU, HDD to SSD and RAM,
