I'm considering upgrading the cpu on my acer notebook to one of these X2 processors: TL50, TL52 or TL56. The stock processor is a single core MK-36 2.0GHZ mode. My question is: does this notebook support those three X2 chips?

Using system info for windows, the bios is currently:
    BIOS Version ACRSYS - 6040000
    Ver 1.00PARTTBL
    Release 12/07/2006

    It also notes:
    - Multi Processor supported by BIOS

So, am I right in assuming that this same motherboard is used in the upper models that come with the X2 dual core Turions?

If so, it should be just a simple job of swapping processors, right?
