I just upgrade my notebook ram from PC3200 DDR2 256 x2 to PC4300 DDR2 512 x2. My question is does it gona work compatible with my notebook? Do I need to get PC3200 DDR2 512 instead of PC4300 DDR2 ?

The PC4300 might work with the notebook, but typically, in a notebook, I'd stay with the type of RAM it comes with - that way you have guranteed compatability. If you go higher, you might have stability issues.

It say Effective Clock on 533MHz, so it mean running on 533MHz ?

Yes. It runs at a lower 'real' clock to save power and be more efficent.
