    I have an Aspire 7520-5311 with AMD Turion 64 x2 TL-58 , Geforce 8400M , 2 GB DDR2 ...

I want to add more RAM and install XP , would this link work on my laptop for installing windows XP ? http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=188992&highlight=how+to+install+win+xp

Also which ram should I buy to increase to 4 gigs of ram? It seems there are different PIN types , is it even possible to upgrade the ram on this laptop? Would it be worth it? I'm running a dual moniter setup, and I get somewhat sluggish performance when watching a movie on one moniter and nerding it up on the other one. Thanks ahead!

I'd make sure there's XP drivers before doing anything. Your machine probably uses PC5300 memory. I see no reason you can't use 4GB of memory, though you'll need a 64 bit operating system to do so.
