I bought a new Acer Aspire 5583 from a dealer in my city 2 months ago. I was working on my computer when it was suddenly off. I failed to turn it on again after that. Then I brought it to the dealer. They said it might be the motherboard is broken. But how could it be?? It is a new notebook which I use in a normal way. Just suddenly crash. Even not because of the heat.
have any body experienced the same thing? Does any body have any opinions or suggestions what I should do? I am afraid whether that Acer series is a failure.

Wow this happened to me 2 days ago with a brand new Acer 5920. They said it was a failed hard drive. Got a new one today. Hopefully it won't crash on me.

Contact Acer. They must sort out the laptop as it is still under warranty. And failures do happen even with brand new goods.
