Urgent Help required for Acer Aspire 3000 ZL%

I hav one Acer aspire 3000 ZL5.
..My notebook was working fine...but suddenly one day..it was turning off automatically in 15-20 mins...n after 5 times i switched it on...now it doesnt turn on...i mean...there is power light still glowin when i turn it on n even the harddisk led is blinking n dvd rom light also lights up when i sitch it on n even i can hear the fan sound...but after that it doesnt move...nothing on the screen n not even any other num lock or caps lock light is glowin...
PS: My battery was quite good..it was givin me a good backup ..around 1 hour...n now when i connect power cable...then battery led also doesnt glow...but power adapter is fine..coz i took out the battery n pluuged in the adapter n the same way switched on the notebook n the prob is still the same...PLs help..what could be the problem..
