Hi guys.I've recently bought the aspire 6935G and im having a very strange problem. The problem is that the laptop crashes every time someone taps it gently.im not saying hit it but i mean tap it gently. If the laptop is on a table where others are sitting too if you hit the table gently the laptop will crash.I've owned a lot of laptops so far and none would do this.it is becoming very annoying now and im afraid to even touch it now.If anyone can help in any way it would be greatly appreciated. The laptop specs are:
    Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 2.53-4GB DDR3-320GB HDD-GeForce 9600MGT-16'' Full HD-Blu-ray-5.1 Virtual Surround.
The HDD is a WD Scorpio Blue and i think it has shock protection on it.Is it possible that there is a setting on it that causes this??
    My OS is Vista Ultimate
Thanks in advance for your help guys

Well the best thing would be to return in to the shop if its under warranty. Otherwise you could open in and check the connections on the HDD, RAM, CPU, GPU, battery etc.

it may be a lose heat sink or other hardware component that is shorting it out. (open up your laptop VERY CAREFULLY and look for lose hardware.

I would not bother opening it to check for loose hardware and get it back to acer ASAP.

Yes you might be able to fix it by putting the hardware right, but who knows what damage allready has been done ( I assume it has allready quit many times)....
