    hi guys,
    my acer aspire 5920G laptop crashed suddenly. i have know idea what had happened . nothing like i have installed any new software recently. my laptop crashed and the blue screen came up ...saying a program error occurred etc. this had happened twice around 3-4 days before but the laptop restarted and it started working properly. today it suddenly stopped ...i have also tried loading my backup disk but it loads till the the msg WINDOWS IS LOADING FILES and then again the same blue screen......GUys plz help me out..coz i have to go uk for studies in jan
    and i dont have much time.... reply me asap....thanx guys

    You could test your RAM with memtest86.

    Does it start correctly at all now? If so, read this to learn how to make it stop at the blue screen. Next time it happens write down the error message, such as "IRQL_LESS THAN OR EQUAL" and any other pertinent info.
    Then post back.
