The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Using eRecovery to install to a parition other than C:?

    Simple question, is it possible? I want to use eRecovery to install Windows to my E: drive whilst leaving the C entirely intact. I didn't want to test any further when the CD booted incase it over-wrote C (it did warn that all data on C would be lost) but I have no idea if there are any further screens that allow you identify which partition it is you wish to install to...
