I have a 6935g which has a 5.1 speaker output. I wanna use my Sennheiser PMX 100 headphone (open type ) as my rear but when I plug the headphones on the rear speaker jack the speakers on the front will be disabled.

what Im trying to get is get the front speakers working while my headphone plugged on the rear jack is acting like my rear. this setup is possible on the old cmedia sound cards. any idea how I will make this work on a realtek soundcards?

I believe you need to set the Acer HD Audio Panel to 5.1 Output. This will turn the headphone, microphone, and line-in jacks into Front Left/Right, Rear Left/Right, and Center/Subwoofer outputs.
I'm just not sure in which order.

Not a clue - I guess the system recognizes that you've attached speakers to the rear jack, and is expecting you to do the same to the front jack.
