My laptop came with 1Gb of RAM, after a couple of days i saw in ATI CCC that my video ram is set to 128mb, but there was also an option to set it to 256mb, but when i press apply, it switches back to 128mb.
so i looked in the bios and it reads if you have 512mb of ram, your video ram is set to 64mb.
in my case i have 1gb of ram and its on 128mb of video ram.

So i ordered 2gb of ram and installed it so i hopefully had 256mb video ram.
but it just switches back to 128mb in CCC.

Also, i tried it in the BIOS, but i couldn't make it 256mb.

    now is this my question:
is there anyway to enable 256mb of ram of my video card?
    Its a ATI Xpress 1100

    Thanks in advance. :D
