Hi everyone - after some searching came across a great article at PC World where they have already contacted Moduslink concerning upgrades for others

At the bottom of the article you will se an e-mail address for who I assume to be their comsumer advocate

I have already written and provided details of my problem along with copies on unanswered e-mails that were sent to Acer and Moduslink and suggest that everyone else do the same.
Hopefully once PC World finds out the extent of the problem they will get involved and bring pressure on Acer to do what they promised us.

I paid for mine a couple of months ago.. no luck as of yet.

I just received my "Vista" upgrade yesterday. I was all approved on the 6th of Feb. so their 4-6 weeks turned into 3 months. Oh well, most people only get one operating system with a new computer, now I have two to choose from.

Ya, I just got this email today:
Thank you for submitting your order for Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit CD/DVD OEM.
Your order has been shipped. You should receive your order within 3 weeks. If you do not receive your order, please contact us via email [email protected] by May 1, 2007, for English language versions of the product and June 1, 2007, for non-English language versions of the product so that we may research your request and ship your order.
I'm confused cus they say to contact them by May 1, 2007 if you didn't receive the order but it's passed that -
Disregard the email, you should be getting it within a week's time. I got the same like 3 weeks ago.
