    Warranty Registration problem

    Well.. i purchased the Aspire 1681.. and pretty happy with it.. i tried registering for the standard warranty on the site with the serial number and everything is fine until i have to fill in the information.. but for some reason.. it rejects my postal code.. i typed it in correctly and tried the different formats.. but it says "does not seem to be a valid postal code" does anybody have the number i can call to get help? im calling from canada.. thx!

    When i tried to type my notebook's serial, i got similar: "does not seem to be a valid serial number" So i couldnt continue. [?]

    so did u complete ur warranty registry? or you didnt register? did you call acer or anything to finish the registration?

    how can acer say its an invalid postal code.. its my real postal code.. is there a certain way im supposed to type it? or maybe because acer doesnt update warranty registries on weekends because they are closed? anybody?

    try register at acer service ctr or acer support. go to their place. they will add your serial number in database

    would u happen to have the number i can call in to? would they be able to add my info onto their database over phone?

    i've tried many times.. still no luck.. does ur records show in both usa and canada? also.. when i type in my serial number.. it finds it unregistered as the system 1689 but i have the 1681.. whats going on?!?!
