Hi, I'm a reporter for a major American newspaper, and I'm writing a story about Acer. I'm hoping to chat with people who have recently purchased an Acer about what they think of the product. If you might be interested in chatting, would you drop me a note at [email protected]? I'll write back and tell you more about the paper I write for and the story. Unfortunately I'm on a pretty tight deadline, so I'd need to talk over the weekend. Cheers, Jane

with ati x1600 128 mb up to 512 mb hm
i read every whear on atis web site about the graphic card
and on acers websire about the computer
acer wrote that the card was gddr2 but they nerver wrote that it was 64 bits

Acer=anger,fever... and for some lucky people satisfaction .
From L.A to Paris this company is trying to build herself the worst reputation ever seen.
I hope they will do something in the future but actualy they are not what they pretend to be in their advertisement.

They didn't lie to you. The definition of "lying" is to say something, and for that to be false. So in order for them to "lie" about it, means that they said it was 128bit, and then turns out to be only 64bit.

But they never once said it was 128bit, so how could they have lied to you? They just never mentioned it was 64bit, but that does not mean they lied. It just means they chose to omit a certain part of the information.
