    Hi,

I recently got fed up with the sluggish behaviour of my 8202 so I decided to reformat it and do a clean install of windows xp.

Do I need to install all of the Acer drivers and programs?
If not, which ones should I install and in which order?

    So far I've only installed:

    LAN
    Graphics
    Sound
    Chipset
    Launchmanager
    Touchpad
    5-1 cardreader
    Smartcard reader
    Orbicam
    Razer drivers (mouse)

    Thanks for any help,

    -V

I am new to lappys but just my 2 bobs worth, what about the latest Intel shipset drivers and sata drivers ? You can get them from the Intel site.

Try and get the latest version of all the drivers..

I just installed the chipset drivers, but I'm unsure about what to do with the acer specific stuff that's eperformance, gravisense and so forth.
