This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     When I shutdown my Acer Aspire 5750-6887 everything gets wiped.

    I shutdown the computer normally then I turn it on and everything dissappears my files, documents, applications, etc.
    I am skeptical at why this is happening, any thoughts?

    You must be under some type of virtual machine environment or your computer is infected.

    It's been happening for about two weeks , and each time I turn it on I have re-enter my wifi password and I have reinstall all my software and needs every single time. So I'm not really sure.
