    Where to buy Acer Timeline 4820T in the US?

    I know that there's a huge thread about this series, but I just wanted to get a simple answer: is it possible to purchase one of these from the US, and where would I do so?

    The short answer is no. At least not yet. Here are the models that are supposto be coming to the US/Canada.

    The only 4820TG that shows up in the list is the I3-350M version. No 3820TGs are on the list for the US. There is one model in Canada but somebody said it had an HD5450 GPU. There is an I7-620M version of the 5820TG on the list heading to the US.

    An Acer employee has been helping out with the models. I wrote to Acer Man on facebook. Maybe he can help get some models directed toward our market. My advice is to develop a back up plan.
