    Which Network Adapter?

    My Acer has a G adapter and I would like to use a N usb Linksys in place of it.

    How do I get the USB Linksys N to be selected over the internal Ahteros G?

    If your notebook has a exteral WIFI switch then you can disable it from there.

    If not disable the adapter in Network Connections or Device Manager
