I have a acer and I noticed in most of the reviews on this site, like mainly the dell ones everyone one knows exactely what component there computer has (eg: somehow they know there e1705 has a samsung screen and a hitachi hard drive) I would like to know who manufactured the screen on my model and who makes the hard drive? is there a program you guys could point me to that would reviel this information? thanks.

No need for any program(although that way is easier). You can just look under device manager and look up the manufacturer for the Hard drive pretty easily. The screen can also be found out likewise, but is slightly more hidden.

If you just want to use a program, then Everest Home Edition or PC Wizard should be able to let you know most of the info about your laptop.
