    Why no Acer high performance line?

    Why on earth has Acer not done a high performance product line? I would have thought the margins would have been attractive.

    Name it the Acer aspire XT line or something, a nice conservative Acer finish but with a lot of power for a still reasonable price.

    Let's face it, their current stuff is all fine for media style stuff, but compared to a machine like mine their stuff seems terrible in comparison.

    I have seen the new mini series, the very Apple lookalike laptops... Maybe they are trying to be 'best' on that direction?
